We aim to provide high-quality books and excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-returnable items include:

Discounted or clearance items

Special-order or pre-order books

Books damaged due to misuse

Digital products

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement, unless a full refund is specifically required.

Refunds take 3–7 business days to process.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

If your package is missing or late:

Please inform us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
